Where are you located?
Two miles west of Blackfoot on Highway 26 on the north side of the road.
What are your payment terms?
We bill at the end of the month and payments are due by the 10th of the next month.
Do I have to supply my own lock?
Yes you must supply your own lock.
I am being transferred to a new job out of state. How much notice do I need to give you?
No notice is required. You will only be charged from the day you sign the rental agreement until the day you notify us you’ve moved out. We will pro-rate any monthly rents.
